I will also inform the authorities and appropriate agency in Canada if I find out that my products digital or physical are being sold elsewhere without my knowledge. You can object to my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests, accepting marketing messages from me after providing your explicit consent to receive the information. In those cases I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling, grounded and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
o The right to complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to make a complain about my use of your information that is in line without prejudice to any other rights you may have you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority. If there is complain I will like to be notified and I will require certain recourses to respond to that complain responsibly.
