RETURN POLICY

All items sold on this website by Artisan Craft SVG are digital in nature. The digital product can be instantly downloaded after purchase. 

We do not accept returns, cancellations and exchanges of any digital product of any size and cost.

Please contact us if you encounter any difficulty in ordering and using the digital product. We will try our best to resolve the issue.

EU return and cancellation explanation 

This section explains the return and refund policy specific to EU customers only. The policy applies to EU customer only not to all customers which originate from other parts of the world. The digital products  are not refundable and not able to returned or canceled. The EU specific return and refund policy can only be applied to customers from the European Union in compliance to the rules and regulations applied in Europe and the countries which follow and apply European Union law.

Returns:

·        Return window: 14 days (or longer if you prefer)

·        Starting from: Delivery of the last item on the order

·        ✅ Extend over weekends and holidays: Enabled

Cancellations:

·        Allow cancellations: Until the order is fulfilled

Return shipping / restocking fees: Optional — if you add them, they'll be shown to customers during the return request, so no separate disclosure is needed.
